Cedar Valley Handyman is the contractor you call for anything. Veteran owned, Licensed, and Insured. Kitchen and Bathroom design/build. Residential and Commercial remodels and additions. CVH has Service Techs available for small jobs AND experienced crews for large jobs. We will tackle jobs that other contractors avoid. We are driven to find solutions to any situation/non-traditional project you can throw at us.

President
Les is the president and founder of Cedar Valley Handyman, bringing over 15 years of experience in remodeling, design, and project management. He is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Les holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa. He enjoys the creative side of construction and loves finding solutions to customers’ problems. He appreciates the diverse range of clients and projects that Cedar Valley Handyman has taken on.
Outside of work, Les loves being outdoors—especially fishing, backpacking, kayaking, and grilling—but what he enjoys most is spending time with his three daughters and his wife.
Matt is the co-owner and field manager at Cedar Valley Handyman, bringing over 20 years of experience in construction, electrical work, and handyman services. He earned an associate degree in the Tool & Die program at North Iowa Area Community College.
Matt specializes in decks and outdoor structures, combining his skills as a contractor, designer, and equipment operator. He enjoys problem-solving and appreciates the variety of projects that Cedar Valley Handyman takes on.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors with his son, Kalai.

Sadia
Sadia joined Cedar Valley Handyman in 2021 and has worn many hats during her time with the company. Sadia has helped with everything from marketing to payroll. Now a licensed nail technician, she stays involved by supporting CVH’s marketing. She loves the team’s drive and determination.
Mark
Mark joined Cedar Valley Handyman in 2017 as a project leader. As CVH grew, he transitioned into the role of estimator to help manage the increasing demand for new projects. Mark enjoys seeing happy customers at the end of every project. He spends his free time fishing, cooking, and relaxing with his wife and pets.

In her free time, Betty enjoys being with family, reading, and spending time outdoors. After returning to Iowa from Hawaii, she’s taken up quilting and embroidery to stay busy during the winter. She values CVH’s small business feel and takes pride in working alongside others who share a strong Midwest work ethic.

Scott joined Cedar Valley Handyman in 2017. He brings over 45 years of experience and a proud Navy background to CVH. He’s an early riser who enjoys scrapbooking, traveling, and visiting his kids at the campground.

Joining Cedar Valley Handyman in 2017, Chuck is the definition of a true handyman, handling everything from small fixes to major jobs. His calm, efficient style and strong leadership make him a key asset. He enjoys boating and fishing in his downtime.

Ryan joined Cedar Valley Handyman in 2019. He handles light electrical, plumbing, and service calls. With experience in remodels and installations, he enjoys the variety of work. Off the job, he likes grilling, family time, and the occasional Harley ride.

David has been a loyal team member at Cedar Valley Handyman since 2018. David handles plumbing, siding, and electrical projects with a mechanical mindset. An Army veteran, he enjoys camping, racing, and time with his grandkids. He values the company’s family feel.

Adrian specializes in outdoor work and painting. Adrian is always eager to learn something new and values Cedar Valley Handyman’s close-knit crew. In his free time, he enjoys biking and making music.

Jimmy joined Cedar Valley Handyman in 2018. Jimmy specializes on outdoor home projects like decks, siding, fencing, and more. He’s known for his upbeat energy and love for kayaking, grilling, and home projects. What he loves most about CVH is the amazing team he gets to work with every day.

Todd started Cedar Valley Handyman in 2018. Todd excels in indoor remodels and is the go-to guy when challenges arise. He’s detail-oriented and great with customers. Outside work, Todd plays drums in a band and enjoys classic cars and music.

Jack joined forces with Cedar Valley Handyman in 2019. Jack is a seasoned carpenter known for his skill in finish work, tile, cabinetry, and remodeling. He brings care and confidence to every job. He enjoys swimming, biking, and time with his wife and grandkids.

When Katelyn’s not on the job, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her cats, browsing local shops, or exploring both national and state parks. One of her favorite things about working at Cedar Valley Handyman is how much she learns every day—especially skills she can take home and use on her own projects!
